SILVER GELATIN PRINTS

Silver Gelatin Prints are created by projecting a negative image using an enlarger onto a sheet of photographic paper. Silver balide crystals are suspended in a thin emulsion of gelatin that comprises the photosensitive surface of the paper. The positive image is revealed upon development of the paper.
